2026 Fall 12U Open Workouts

We are thrilled to announce our coaching staff for the 2026 Fall Idaho Reign 12U team! Joe, Bill, and Dani are such an awesome trio, and we are extremely blessed to have them take on our 12U division. Mark your calendars for those who are interested in attending open workouts for our 12U team. This will be mostly a 1st year 12U team, but 2nd year players are welcome if it's the right fit.

We’re looking for dedicated, coachable athletes who are ready to grow, compete, and have fun!

Our ideal players are committed to becoming the best teammates they can be—bringing a positive attitude, relentless effort, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the game of softball.

At the 12U level, we believe this is where players begin to truly develop their skills, confidence, and softball IQ. We focus on creating an environment where athletes are challenged to compete at a high level while building friendships, character, and a lifelong love for the game.

We believe success isn’t measured only by wins and losses—it’s measured by the young women our players become. Our goal is to develop confident athletes, supportive teammates, and resilient leaders who love competing, embrace challenges, and enjoy every step of their softball journey.
